Brenda was dad's soul mate and best friend for over 25 years. During the past 6 years Brenda stood by dad's side as the horrible disease gobbled its way through his brain.
Brenda never gave up. Her witness is a true testimonial to 'unconditional love'.

Carol and Jonny
Aunt Carol and her good friend Jonny were very close to dad and Brenda. They spent a lot of time together traveling and 'yard-selling'. They spent several weeks helping with
dad before he was admitted to an Alzheimer's unit.
Dad spent the last two years living in the Alzheimer's Care Center in Columbus. I had the priviledge of spending six days and five nights with dad in the center.
I can say that the staff (nurses and attendants) were marvelous. I spent much of this time observing how the staff interfaced with the residents. The staff was professional,
kinds, and compassionate.
Odyssey responded to my dad's last two weeks of life in a significant way. An army of nurses (LPN's and RN's), chaplains, and a social work provided my dad the very best
care. Their compassion, kindness, and professionalism were unbelievable. Words cannot describe the level of care they provided. God bless Odyssey!
1st shift nurses: Monica O., Batika M.
2nd shift nurse: Barara K.
3rd shift nurse: Cassie B.
Chaplains: Father John, Bruce, and Bob
Roger Mannasmith and Derric Brown were professional and most helpful during this difficult time. Thank you!
